CSPII Commentary: Missing Context Monitor: Koran 9:60 states “The alms are only for the poor (1) and the needy (2), and those who collect them (3), and those whose hearts are to be reconciled (4), and to free the captives (5) and the debtors (6), and for the cause of Allah (7), and (for) the wayfarer (8); a duty imposed by Allah. Allah is Knower, Wise.” The seventh category is “the cause of Allah” also known as jihad. Being cautious toward Islamic charities is, therefore, very reasonable.

CSPII Commentary: Islamic organizations adhere to the Islamic doctrine found in the Koran, Sira and the Hadith. 51% of this doctrine relates to non-Muslims. We define this 51% of the doctrine about non-Muslims as "Political Islam." Therefore, all Islamic organizations represent Political Islam to some extent. This step makes the power of Political Islam in Serbia significantly stronger.
