Islamic organizations adhere to the Islamic doctrine found in the Koran, Sira and the Hadith. 51% of this doctrine relates to non-Muslims. We define this 51% of the doctrine about non-Muslims as "Political Islam." Therefore, all Islamic organizations represent Political Islam to some extent.
