Dr. Warner’s training in scientific theory and mathematics shaped his analytical approach to Islamic doctrine. The first step was to realize that the Islamic texts were structured so that they were difficult to read and comprehend. A program, the Trilogy Project, was created to strip away the confusion in the Koran, Sira, and Hadith (Islam’s three foundational texts). It became clear that Islam is not based on the same civilization principles as the rest of the world. Simple statistical methods revealed that dualism and submission were the foundational principles of Islamic doctrine.
