To provide research and reference assistance to the organization and users. Implement efficient library organization, and administration and effectively maintain the library and its materials. Recommend additional resources as required.

Duties

• Organize and maintain library collections
• Catalogue resources in a way that is both intuitive and consistent
• Monitor resources that are used and identify those which should be archived.
• Supervise the use of library resources to maintain order
• Increase library awareness and assist users in the location of specific material and information
• Respond rapidly and reliably to information requests
• Show users how to use the resource databases and intranet as required
• Present occasional training workshop for organizational staff
• Conduct regular checks to evaluate inventory and make recommendations

Fund-Raiser

The fundraising manager will be responsible for doing research on different sectors, building good relationships with prospective donors, communicating with the broader public and internal teams, and be creative in planning strategies that can be implemented to achieve targets. You should be well organized, proactive, and have the ability to inspire those around you.
A great fundraising manager will have effective public speaking skills and be able to deliver presentations to a range of audiences as required.

Duties include:

• Attendance at regular meetings
• Researching fundraising opportunities and potential sponsors
• Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors

• Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations
• Organizing and attending non-profit events and networking with relevant stakeholders
• Establishing good relationships with colleagues and members of the public
• Maintaining records of sponsors.

Translators from English to multiple languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Dutch)

We need volunteers who can, individually or as part of a team, translate texts (website, reports, books, video subtitles, etc.) from English into their native language. The scope of the role is beyond translation – it involves becoming knowledgeable in Political Islam and CSPII Methodology, understanding how we communicate, and thus protecting CSPII style, quality and reputation.

Education or experience in translation, writing or editing is a bonus, but not required.
